The founder of company Ismet Çakan started to his business life establishing a small company which was producing tin and stove in the Kayhan /Bursa Bazaar in his 17s in 1960. In that times Mr Ismet , after he finished his work at night he was going to cafes where the businessman met , to sell suflowers seed searching for the way of developtment of his company. On the other hand he joined technical courses for 3.5 years to improve his technical abilities.

Mr Ismet CAKAN and his brothers Fahrettin and Hayrettin who gained the customers trust and appreciation with their honest and hard working, improved their business and entered the air conditioning market in 1970 . they gained fair success with their hard working and investigation spirit by the way applying modern technics , they established the Isme collective company in 1976. they produced the first enamel stove tray in Turkey.

In the beginning of the 80 s ısme changed its way to another field Grosshandel due to increasing transportation cost and the crisis in turkish economy. Despite of bad economical condition of turkey ısme had been always one step ahead of all and became incorporated company in 1992.

Because of Permanent development of business volume in the air conditioning sector Isme established a new company ısme izolasyon havalandırme ltd sti with a new service spirit to break the companys shell. Isme in purpose of serving its customer the best , modern , and less expensive products , producing its duct parts otomatically with plasma cutting method Plasma Entry with computer programming another new method first in turkey , producing self flanged rtg ducts by computer programming in the trademark of ısme with specially designed machines. Isme use this parts in its projects. Isme also producing Spiral Circular pipes and using in its applications one of the last technological improvements in this sector.
